Greg’s been in the game for over 20 years, which means he’s seen every marketing trend come, go, and come back with a new name and a mood board. He’s a seasoned (read: slightly jaded) Marketing Executive who actually likes getting his hands dirty—because building brands isn’t about jargon, it’s about making people care. With a deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail, ecom, and creative storytelling, he’s led teams to deliver award-winning, omni-channel strategies that actually work (not just look good in pitch decks). He’s collaborated with global heavyweights like Nike, adidas, Pharrell, and Virgil Abloh (to name a few) because he knows how to turn vision into something that moves both product and culture. Greg skips the fluff and gets straight to building real solutions with real results—no entourage, no smoke and mirrors, just instinct, experience, and a healthy dose of sarcasm.

Kari Evans

Creative Director & Design

Kari Evans is a Creative Director and designer with the rare ability to make things look cool and make sense (a shocking combo, we know). Before joining Shanty, she worked her magic on brands like Pacsun, Kendall & Kylie, DIFF Eyewear, and Dick’s Sporting Goods—so yeah, she knows how to design for everything from streetwear drops to sports bras and influencer empires. Kari’s superpower? Balancing aesthetic obsession with strategic thinking, all while dodging bad fonts and worse feedback like a pro. At Shanty, she leads the creative charge with a sharp eye, sharper wit, and zero tolerance for generic work—or Comic Sans.

Jay Diebel

Photography & Production

Jay Diebel is a photographer who’s shot for some of the biggest brands on Earth—Nike, adidas, Fear of God—no big deal. He’s got the rare ability to make everything from sneakers to skincare look like it belongs in a museum (or at least on your mood board). While he’s known for capturing iconic moments and big-name campaigns, he’s just as deadly behind the lens in a product studio—lighting, styling, obsessing over angles like it’s an Olympic sport. At Shanty, Jay brings the whole package: high-level creative, scroll-stopping content, and zero diva energy. If it can be photographed, Jay can make it look cooler than it probably deserves to.

Chris Sorenson

Video & Production

Chris Sorensen is Shanty’s video mastermind—the guy behind the camera (and the chaos) turning wild ideas into even wilder visuals. He’s directed and produced for top-tier brands, talent, and campaigns, and somehow still manages to keep a straight face when someone asks if the video can “go viral.” From scrappy run-and-gun shoots to big-budget productions with too many opinions in the room, Chris brings the calm, the vision, and the uncanny ability to make it all look effortless. If it moves, Chris can capture it, cut it, and make it look way cooler than the budget—or the brief—ever promised.

Sean Leonard

Website & Development

Sean Leonard is Shanty’s digital fixer—the guy who makes the internet behave (most of the time). He’s a web developer and email wizard who somehow writes code and copy that actually works, which is basically sorcery in our book. Whether he's building sleek, high-converting websites or crafting emails that people actually open (and gasp—click), Sean makes the digital side of your brand run smoother than your Wi-Fi on a good day. If it lives online, Sean can build it, optimize it, and probably make it load faster just out of spite.

With a proven history of leading teams in delivering authentic, award-winning marketing strategies across 360 degree omni-channel experiences, Greg take pride in his “hands on” approach to tackling a client's unique and complex set of challenges through a deep understanding of ecom, retail, marketing, and creative storytelling. Having worked alongside globally celebrated brands and personalities such as Nike, Adidas, Pharrell, Kanye West, and Virgil Abloh to name a few, Greg incorporates years of executive experience into build meaningful business solutions that deliver both quantitative and qualitative results.
